  2. AHHH the gift of lose skin.. 5 kids later.. OH MY .. But I did lose the weight I gained from my last baby and was at the weight I was when I had my 1st son! IT WAS AMAZING! I did it with WW and T25 I’ve gained 10 pds and so I’m working back to get rid of those 10 that added up on me when WW changed up and I wasn’t into it. I’m back at it and feeling good. My 41st less then a mth away so lets see what I do! congrats to you for the hard work and hitting your goal

    It all comes down to diet and exercise! I need to overhaul both of those areas in my life right now! Good for you for staying committed.

  4. You go girl! I had 3 kids, one set of twins, in 2 1/2 years, so I totally understand the body changes. I recently started getting up at 5 am and that was a game changer for me. I’m still working on the diet thing, I LOVE FOOD too. But with a little disciple and hard we can reach our goals.
