My sweet and sassy baby girl is one!! She has changed our worlds so much… From making us laugh when she throws her tantrums (yes we laugh… She fake screams and throws her head on the ground) to melting our hearts with her love eyes and huge snuggle hugs. I do not know how life would be without her in it. I remember looking at her when she was born and immediately feeling the connection. She is my forever best friend!
Since Harper was born, we have surrounded her with flowers. Every month since she was born, we have taken floral pictures. Having her a flower party is the only thing that made sense. She is my flower princess.
Usually when I have party theme in mind, I plan for MONTHS. I began planning Harper’s birthday 8 months in advance. 1
Favors: Chocolate covered sunflowers seeds in bag with labels “Seed Ya Later!” (I created off vista print), baby breath floral crowns, and flower pots.
Kid Activity: Kids planted flowers and painted pots. We also had a polaroid camera section set up for guests to take pictures and write a message.
Push Poppers: I filled push poppers with flower petals and created stickers from vista print that fit the party perfectly
Food Table (I wanted a more picnic style food set up):
Photos were taken by a really good friend Jeremy Cooper! He is an amazing photographer who helped us tremendously on Harper’s birthday.
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. – Psalm 139:13-14
